Meet the team

Meet the team responsible for leading Evaluate, and ensuring we deliver on our mission.

Kevin Morgan

Chief Data Operations Officer

Kevin leads Evaluate’s data operations team, responsible for ensuring that Evaluate’s solutions are powered by robust, high quality data from across the life sciences ecosystem.  With a clear focus on content, Kevin has deep experience in managing large global diverse teams across the data domain including strategy, operations, commercial, data procurement and acquisition and vendor management.

Prior to Evaluate, Kevin was Global Head of Market Data at HSBC, Kevin managed a multi-million-dollar budget, servicing 8 businesses to meet their needs and requirements with market data solutions. Prior to HSBC, Kevin worked for Thomson Reuters managing their Data Operations team.

Chris Kelley

Chief Revenue Officer

Chris Kelley joined Evaluate in 2017 and has led Evaluate’s sales and account management teams as Chief Revenue Officer since 2020. In this global role, he is responsible for ensuring that Evaluate continues to understand and meet clients’ ever-changing needs. Chris also oversees Evaluate’s global team of highly-skilled consultants, bringing a clear commercial view to this complex and tailored part of the market.

Prior to Evaluate, Chris was responsible for leading and growing the Americas business for UpToDate from $70m-$180m over his five-year tenure at Wolters Kluwer. He has also held sales leadership roles at Grand Circle Travel, Basho Technologies, and Forrester Research.

Christina Kay

SVP Voice of Customer & Customer Success

Christina Kay joined Evaluate in 2021 as VP Global Customer Success Manager. She brings over 20 years of international commercial experience encompassing both Sales & Customer Success, having specialised in Customer Success for the last 8 years. Christina is passionate about transforming organisations to focus on Customer Centricity, exceptional customer experience and ensuring the voice of the customer is at the forefront for each decision point. Christina brings a new level of understanding to who our customers are and what matters to them.

Shashi Shankar

VP Technology

Shashi joined Evaluate in August 2022 as VP Technology, based in Boston. In this role, Shashi collaborates with key stakeholders across the organisation to identify opportunities to craft innovative strategies that support our clients across the life sciences market. Shashi has more than 20 years of technology leadership experience leading global technology teams within financial services and news sectors. Prior to Evaluate, Shashi was with Thomson Reuters for 24 years and he spent the last five of those years with Reuters as Senior Director for Editorial Technology.

Therese Baggas

VP Marketing

Therese leads the Marketing team at Evaluate, focusing on driving Evaluate’s brand and marketing strategy, bringing products and solutions to market for new and existing customers, and building brand awareness of Evaluate across the biopharma industry.

Prior to joining Evaluate, Therese led marketing for the Commercial Intelligence and Insights division of Citeline (formerly Informa), where she was responsible for driving global marketing strategy and activity. Therese brings marketing experience from a range of industries, including consumer goods at P&G, financial services at Barclays and high-growth FinTech businesses (Money20/20).
